In order to enhance the cohesion of the company's management team, inspire the management personnel to work hard, positive and enterprising spirit, May 24-25, the company organised the management personnel to go to Huizhou Xunliao Bay to carry out the management team building activities with the theme of "cohesion and teamwork, team honour". Let's review the wonderful moments.
The team is randomly divided and the team captain and secretary are selected. A team name and slogan are established, and the team presents itself. Initial team awareness is built by using a special presentation method to make team members familiar with each other. Each person introduces themselves, and the team creates a team name and slogan, understanding and identifying the meaning and values of the organization's mission.
With legs and feet against each other and arms outstretched, everyone stood in a line and made a bed with their bodies to catch the fallen team members, through which a trusting relationship was quickly established.
The task requires the team to use the PVC pipe in each person's hand to transfer the ball from the starting point to the end point by relay, and the one who successfully completes the highest number of balls within the specified time wins. Encourage effective co-operation, interface and self-control between teams, so that everyone understands that everyone should do their part for the benefit of the team at work.
The sand table simulates the cross-departmental communication and collaboration in company management and completes the corresponding tasks; through completing a series of seemingly complex tasks, it changes the team's self-centred communication mode, forming a global mindset of efficient communication, information sharing, rational allocation of resources and win-win cooperation.
As the night gradually fell and the smoke rose, our team gathered at the beach barbecue site and kicked off the BBQ.
We ate food, in the sea breeze on the beach, chatting about their work and life encountered a variety of interesting things, feelings are so in a string of two brushes and three grilled in the warming, in the chatting in the distance between each other.
After having enough to eat and drink, we opened the bonfire party, a warm night, we temporarily put aside the tension and pressure of work, unloaded all the worries and fatigue, and danced to our hearts' content in the bonfire party!
The beautiful Xunliao Bay, perhaps only a trip to the sea can really fully appreciate his scenery. The next morning, all the staff came to the pier early for the last activity, taking the yacht out to sea. With the white clouds, the water and the sky, and the gentle breeze, we all marvelled at the mystery of the sea while taking photos together.
This group building activity not only let us relax and gain good memories, but also enhanced the emotional communication between team members and improved the team's cohesion and centripetal force.
